Bike Fit

  • (*indicates required field) In your socks stand up straight against the wall and with your feet 6-8” apart measure from the ground to the top of your head.
  • Measure from the floor to the base of the Sternum notch—the “V” depression where your collar bones meet the top of the sternum.
  • While standing straight with socks or bare feet, take a hardback book at least one inch (2 - 3 cm) thick and push up firmly between your legs with similar pressure that you would feel sitting on a saddle (approx. 15-25 lbs). With your helper pushing up on the book, measure from the ground to the top of the book.
  • In a kneeling position, place the hard back book between your legs and push up firmly between your legs with similar pressure that you would feel sitting on a saddle (approx. 15-25 lbs). Measure from the floor to the top of the book.
  • Stand with both arms out to the side, parallel to the ground and measure from your armpit, touching your ribs firmly, to the web between your thumb and index finger (Approx. the center of your palm).
  • Measure your shoulder width by running a tape measure between the outside of the bony protrusions at the top of your shoulders. You want the tape measure running in a straight line and not wrapping around your back.
  • This is an optional measurement.
  • Measure from the center of the saddle to the center of your handlebar.
  • Measure from the center of your crank where it intersects the bottom bracket to the top of your saddle.
  • Measure from the floor to the top of your handlebar.
  • Measure from the floor to the top of your saddle.
